We offer local and regional shipping by our courier service partners, [Singpost, Pos Laju, etc]. Presently this is just for Singapore and Malaysia customers.
We will be adding the shipping rates for other countries in the region such as Indonesia, the Philippines, and Brunei Darussalam. (Please note that Brunei has a very strict vetting process for religious books. It is possible that the book's delivery is delayed or the book is detained for vetting purposes).
All orders will be processed for courier pick-up once payment has been made and verified. Your orders will be delivered to you within 5 to 7 days for local delivery.
The delivery and scheduling of your orders will be determined by the courier service partners, and we do not provide specific delivery time slots due to the delivery routing, as well as the delivery load. All deliveries will be tracked, and you will be notified of your order’s tracking number. The tracking number will be sent to the email indicated by you.
